Charged' Affairs of the Chinese embassy in the Republic of Yemen Ambassador Chu Ch'ing has affirmed his country's stance in support of the efforts to achieve peace and stability in Yemen through comprehensive political settlement to end the crisis in the country.

Speaking at press conference today, Wednesday, here he stressed that it is very important to establish a comprehensive cease-fire, initiate Yemeni dialogue to reach political solution, noting that his country will continue to have a constructive role to get the Yemeni crisis resolved politically.

The Chinese diplomat stated that his country is willing to contribute to re-build what the war has destructed following reaching an inclusive peace saying that re-establishing stability in Yemen will encourage China to increase trade exchange between the two countries, resume full collaboration between the two sides, particularly Yemen has numerous and significant natural resources.

Ambassador Ch'ing asserted that Beijing is committed to the International Security Council's resolution about preventing smuggling weapons to Yemen, and it has taken strict measures in this regard.
