PM receives French ambassador to Yemen

Prime Minister Dr. Maeen Abdulmalik received today, Wednesday, in the interim capital, Aden, the ambassador of the Republic of France to Yemen, Jean-Marie Safa, and the delegation of the French Foreign Ministry, who are currently visiting Aden, where they discussed aspects related to strengthening bilateral relations in various fields.

The Prime Minister was briefed by the French delegation on the opening of the "Sandbox" incubator in Aden, with French support, for young entrepreneurs, to encourage entrepreneurship, creative and innovative energy for Yemeni youth, in addition to the results of the meetings they held during the current visit.

The meeting touched on the ongoing developments on the national scene, the reforms implemented by the government to maintain economic stability, and the required international support in this regard, in addition to efforts to establish peace within the framework of the unified international position to reach a political solution for the conflict.

The Prime Minister highly valued the support of the French leadership, government and people for Yemen and the government, which embodies the distinguished historical relations existing between the two friendly countries and peoples. He touched on the successes achieved by the government, with the support of the Presidential Leadership Council, in implementing reforms, and the urgent need for international support from Yemen's partners.
