President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Mohsen Yahya Talib, and Minister of Justice, Judge Badr Al-Eradah, inaugurated today, in the capital, Aden, the written admission exams for applicants to join the Higher Judicial Institute, the twenty-fourth batch, for the academic year 2023-2024 AD.
During the visit, they listened to an explanation from the Dean of the Higher Judicial Institute, Dr. Nidal Sheikh, about the progress of the admission test and the procedures taken in terms of examining the applicants’ documents and data, and the written exams in Sharia subjects and substantive and procedural laws.
The President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Mohsen Yahya Talib, stressed the need to pay attention to the inputs of the Higher Institute for the Judiciary as a methodology and behavior, given that its outputs are the only source of the judicial authority with a qualified judicial cadre, which is the future of justice and the application of the law.
For his part, the Minister of Justice, Judge Badr Al-Ardah, indicated the ministry's keenness and interest in improving the level of judges and its concern for the examination process in preparation and organization.
