Foreign Minister Dr. Ahmed Awad bin Mubarak, arrived today in the Mauritanian capital, Nouakchott, on an official visit to the Islamic Republic of Mauritania to discuss bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries and ways to enhance and develop them.
During the visit, Minister Ben Mubarak will hold talks with Mauritanian officials on developments in the situation in Yemen and regional issues of concern to the two countries, and coordinate positions towards them.
The foreign minister will also attend the meetings of the 49th session of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, which will be hosted by the Mauritanian capital, Nouakchott, on March 16-17.
