Minister of Water and Environment Tawfeeq al-Sharjabi discussed Wednesday with Director of World Bank in Yemen Tania Mir interventions of the organization in field of water and environment.

During the meeting, Minister al-Sharjabi praised unique partnership between the ministry and the organization, praising support of WB to water sector and stopping investment programs of local institutions.

For her part, the WB Director confirmed continuous coordination with the government of Yemen in different planning stages, stressing support of the organization to water sector and sanitation in Yemen.
