Foreign Minister Dr. Ahmed Awad bin Mubarak, will participate in the the Non-Aligned Movement contact group at the summit level, which was launched in the Azerbaijani capital, Baku.
The summit is devoted to discussing post-pandemic recovery (Covid-19).
The summit will also discuss the continuation of global efforts to combat the coronavirus pandemic, which has affected the economy, politics and security, and the leaders will consider the measures taken by the international community to provide aid to the affected countries, in addition to developing additional measures to face any future repercussions.
The Minister will deliver the statement of our country, through which he will shed light on the challenges facing Yemen due to the pandemic, successive international crises, internal conditions resulting from the war and the continued coup of the terrorist Houthi militia, and the desire of the government and the Presidency Council to continue efforts to get Yemen out of its internal crisis and the repercussions of international crises with the support of the international community.
