Minister of Water and Environment Eng. Tawfiq Asharjabi and the UNIECEF Resident Representative in Yemen Peter Hockings signed on today, Monday, in the temporary capital Aden the Action-Plan of 2023-2024 in the domains of water, sanitation and environment.
The Action-Plan covers three main sectors for the UNICEF's interventions in the different Yemeni governorates with total cost of $128 million and 269 thousand.
The plan is intended to improve the management of water, sanitation and hygienic services.
