Prime Minister Maeen Abdulmalik discussed Monday with Chairman of the Central Organization for Control and Audit (COCA) Judge Abu Bakr Assaqaf 2023 plan and the field program implemented by the organization during the past period in a number of state institutions for revising and monitoring their work.
The two parties confirmed expanding and doubling work of the organization to include all state institutions without exception and disclosing any corrupt case and referring them to justice.
The meeting touched upon integration and coordination between the state institutions and the organization as a prime partner in reforms process.
Prime Minister confirmed that transparency, control and governance are key part to enhance the state institutions' work and also confirmed the government's determination on correcting mistakes in different state sectors and activating the rule of law on all without exception.
He argued COCA to finalize revising work of all economic units and report for revising them and refereeing them to concerned bodies, confirming that the government will implement zero-tolerance on any body does not want to provide its financial data to concerned institutions for revising them.
He pointed out to measures taken to boost the monitoring role of the state institutions and combating corruption, as well as working on normalizing security and service conditions.
