Prime Minister Dr. Ma'een Abdulmalik directed Ministries and authorities in charge to coordinate with the local authority in the Archipelagos of Socatra governorate to speed up the development and construction process, improve basic services and establish security in the island.
He gave his instructions during his meeting today, Thursday, here in the temporary capital Aden with the governor of Socatra Ra'fat Athaqali.
Athaqali reported to Ma'een about the difficulties facing local authority in the fields of basic services, security and transports.
He also cited the progress in the implementation of the Saudi, Emirati, Kuwaiti funded projects in the archipelagos.
