Yemen's ambassador to Havana, Muhammad Nasher, met today with Cuban Deputy Foreign Minister and discussed with her the strengthening of bilateral relations between the two countries.
The ambassador touched on the latest political developments in Yemen and the efforts of the Presidential Leadership Council to stop the war and bring peace by working with the international community to bring about the comprehensive peace that the Yemeni people deserve, according to the three references, the Gulf initiative, the outcomes of the national dialogue, and the relevant Security Council resolutions, especially Resolution 2216.
He also put the Cuban official in the picture of the repercussions of the Houthi terrorist threats on the economic conditions, international peace and security, and the coordinated measures with the regional and international community to contain these repercussions.
