The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Dr. Shaya Zindani met today, Friday, in Baghdad, with the Special Envoy of the Russian President for the Middle East and Africa, Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov.

Minister of Industry and Trade Mohammed al-Ashawl met here today, Thursday, in the temporary capital Aden with the Head of the EU Mission in Yemen Gabriel Munuera Vinals and Ambassadors of Germany, France and Switzerland to Yemen.
The discussions covered topics relating the challenges facing food supplies and insurances problems.
The Minister briefed the EU diplomats on the challenges of food stuffs supplies due to the inspection procedures and insurances and shortages of humanitarian aids.
The Minister noted that the Terrorist Houthi militias' attacks on oil facilities and tanker have further exacerbated the humanitarian crisis and complicated the insurances difficulties, highlighting the need for the European friends support for the Yemeni government decision about labeling the Iran-backed Houthis militias a "Terrorist Organization".
The European Ambassadors confirmed the EU continuous support for the Yemeni government, reiterating their condemnation for the Terrorist Houthis militias' attacks on oil and economic facilities.
