Minister of Information, Culture and Tourism Muammar Al-Eryani said, "The directives of His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, to correct imbalances in external scholarships and limit them to cultural exchange programs according to precise criteria, and to refer relatives of officials appointed in the diplomatic corps, attachés and missions from outside the manpower of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for civil service, confirms the state's seriousness in reform and the adoption of the principle of transparency and combating corruption.
