National Committee for Investigation into Alleged Violations of Human Rights (NCIAVHR) declared that it documented and investigated into 221 incidents of violations in the previous month October 2022. These violations are pertaining to the Humanitarian International Law and the International Law of Human Rights.

The Committee report 75 incidents against civilians in different governorates resulted in killing 29 people among them 5 women and 9 children, injuring 58 including 5 women and 16 children.

In a press release the Committee noted that it reported about 21 victims of landmines and explosives devices explosions, three men were killed and 18 people wounded among them 5 children and 3 women.

The Committee's report cited 95 incidents of arbitrary arrest in the city of Sana'a, Hajjah, Sa'dah, Taiz, Lahj, Dhamar, Marib and Aden. There were also 51 incidents of violations against the public and private-owned properties and 7 cases of torture and sexual violence.
