The Republican Decree No. 24 of 2022 issued Wednesday. The first article of the decree stipulates that Dr. Anwar Mohammad Kalshat is appointed a President to the University of Al-Mahra.
The second article of the decree states that decree shall be effective since the day of its issuance and shall be published in the State Gazette.
