Prime Minister Dr. Ma'een Abdulmalik attended the opening session of the Conference on Youths and Development which kicked-off its discussions today, Thursday, here in the temporary capital Aden.
In his opening remarks he asserted that the government is very keen on promoting youths programs that can empower them to actively contribute to the development process and nation building.
The Prime Minister hailed the assembling of the youths conference in Aden as a symbolic, of paramount significance." It is very important for this conference to be organized in the temporary capital Aden. It is a symbolic event of paramount importance for Aden where Houthi militia's scheme was defeated in 2015", said Ma'een.
It is worthy to be mentioned that this is the second version of the youths conference, first one organized here also in Aden in 2020.
