Consultation Authority receives Saudi ambassador

Chairman of Consultation and Reconciliation Authority and his Deputies Abdulmalik al-Mikhlafi, Sakhr al-Wageeh, Jamila Ali Rajaa and Akram al-Ameri received Friday Saudi Ambassador to Yemen, the Monitor of the Saudi Program for Development and Reconstruction Mohammad Al Gaber.

The presidency of the authority praised the brotherly positions of Saudi leadership and people in supporting Yemeni people in different domains.

The authority discussed with the ambassador latest political and economic developments in Yemen, confirming support of all political forces and components to the Presidential Leadership Council, pointing out to keenness of the council for extending the truce and reaching permanent peace.

The authority also confirmed united position of all political components rejecting Houthi militia's stubbornness, pointing out to its tasks and efforts regarding power transfer and its keenness on realizing national consistence between all political parties.

For his part, the Saudi diplomat confirmed support of the kingdom to the Presidential Leadership Council and to efforts of realizing peace, stability and development, pointing out to Saudi support to the authority.
