The Yemeni government concluded discussions today with experts from the regional center for technical assistance of the Middle East affiliate to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) about the implementation of the Integrated Financial Management Information System (IFMIS).
The Minister of Finance Salim bin Bureik led the six-day deliberations conducted via video conference.
Representatives from Finance Ministry, Central Bank of Yemen, Ministry of Communications and Information Technology and Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation engaged in the consultative discussions about required administrative reforms, infrastructure of Information technology and necessary arrangement to implement the IFMIS.
