The meeting touched upon latest political and general conditions in Yemen, peace efforts and needs and priorities and possible resumption of Gerkman Government- funded projects in Yemen, which will help alleviating suffering of Yemeni people over the war and enhancing the UN Truce.
Batheeb praised Yemen-German deep-rooted relations and continuous support of Germany to Yemen, confirming government's relay on support from donors; brothers and friends to help Yemeni people through relief programs.
He stressed transferring from relief support to developmental one and enhancing real partnership between Yemen and donors through joint coordination and evaluating programs implementation.
He also confirmed support of the Presidential Leadership Council and the government to UN Truce and keenness of boosting the truce to be a gate for peace and opening roads and transport lines.
For its part, the joint delegation confirmed keenness on providing assistances to Yemen and Yemeni people and significance of boosting the truce to create chances to political steps for the purpose of ending the warn and realizing peace in Yemen.
