Prime Minister Ma'een Abdulmalik presided over Monday a meeting for discussing the draft agreement between the government and Saudi Program for Reconstruction and Development in Yemen regarding governance of the Fund of Buying Oil Derivatives financed by Saudi Arabia.
Prime Minister directed ministers of finance and oil and concerned bodies to finalize items of revising and approving the agreement with brothers in Saudi Arabia to ensure swift implementation of the treaty and provide oil derivatives as soon as possible to local markets.
The meeting, which included ministers of oil and finance, governor of Aden and secretary general of the ministers' council, discussed quick measure to deal with electricity's blackouts and providing oil derivatives to local markets.
