Prime Minister Dr. Ma'een Abdulmalik ordered authorities in charge to make tireless efforts to maintain electricity supplies, prevent recurrent disruption and improve service.
He gave his directives during a joint meeting he chaired today with the leaderships of the Ministry of Electricity, General Corporation of Electricity and Oil and Aden Electricity Company in the temporary capital Aden.
The discussions covered topics relating to urgent measures need to be taken to secure the fuels for the electricity, underway communications with the major electricity firms about the maintenance and prospects for partnership in strategic projects in the future.
