Minister of Foreign and Expatriate Affairs met Wednesday with a number of European ambassadors and envoys to Yemen, discussing with them latest developments in Yemen and reviewed efforts of realizing peace.
During the meeting, bin Mubarak touched upon truce and support of the Presidential Leadership Council and government to reduce escalation in Yemen and resuming the political process, confirming lifting siege on Taiz and committing Houthi militia to open main roads leading to the city and limiting their crimes.
He made it clear that the council deals with humanitarian issues equally as Houthi militia is behind suffering of Yemeni people across Yemen.
He confirmed necessity of taking moral position towards Houthi militia's stubbornness towards humanitarian issues, including prisoners' issue.
Calling for supporting Yemen and giving priorities to enhance the work of the Central Bank of Yemen to be reflected positively on economic and humanitarian situation across Yemen, bin Mubarak appreciated exerted efforts to solve Safir Tanker Issue and making Yemen and the whole region away of big environmental disaster.
For their part, the European ambassadors said that their existence in Aden carries friendship message and political support to the Presidential Leadership Council and the government, confirming their support to solutions to all humanitarian issues, especially opening roads of Taiz.
