Minister of Interior General Lieutenant Ibrahim Haidan discussed Monday with the Delegation of CIVIC headed by Regional Director Dina al-Ma'moon cooperation programs provided by the organization in Yemen, mainly to the ministry of interior.
Minister Haidn confirmed keenness of the ministry for providing facilitations to international organizations working in Yemen in different domains, especially those related to human rights and all fields help in building state institutions and qualifying security apparatus.
For her part, al-Ma'moon made it clear that CIVIC is working on improving protection of civilians in conflicts around the world and providing advice and technical support needed for improving performance in dealing with civilians and reducing danger against them during conflicts.
She expressed hope of cooperation from all concerned bodies with the organization to implement its programs.
