During his visit today to the office of the Ministry of Civil Service and Insurance, in the interim capital Aden, Prime Minister Dr. Maeen Abdul-Malik was briefed on the tasks undertaken by the ministry at the local and central levels to monitor workflow and job discipline following the Eid al-Fitr holiday in the state’s administrative apparatus.
The Prime Minister was briefed by the Minister of Civil Service and Insurance, Abdel Nasser Al-Wali, and officials and specialists in the ministry on the tasks carried out by the ministry at the local and central levels to monitor the flow of work and address the imbalances that prevailed during the previous period as a result of the war ignited by the Houthi militia.
He directed the formation of field teams to follow up the regularity of work in the units of the state’s administrative apparatus and the monitoring of functional discipline at the central and local levels. He was also briefed on what the Ministry has accomplished to implement the Cabinet’s decision to release annual bonuses for state employees for all public service units at the central and local levels and for deferred units for the years 2014-2020 AD, as it was confirmed that these bonuses were completed with the Ministry of Finance in accordance with the rules, foundations and executive procedures.
