Ambassador of the Republic of Yemen to Austria Haitham Shuja'addin met today with the Director of Political Affairs in the Austrian Foreign Ministry Ambassador Gregory Koestler.

Aspects of Yemeni-Austrian bilateral ties and cooperation was key focus of the conversations.

Shuja'addin informed the Austrian official about the latest developments in Yemen, mainly the underway efforts by the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC) to bring the war into its end and establish peace in Yemen.

The Austrian official expressed his country's support for the UN-led efforts to make permanent peace in Yemen.
