The Presidential Leadership Council held its first meeting in the temporary capital Aden, headed by the Chairman of the Leadership Council, His Excellency Dr. Rashad Muhammad Al-Alimi, and the presence of Council members Aidarous Al-Zubaidi, Sultan Al-Arada, Tariq Saleh, Abdul Rahman Al-Muharrami and Dr. Abdullah Al-Alimi, Othman Majali and Faraj Al-Bahsani.
The meeting discussed the priorities of the next stage, and the translation of the pledges made by the President of the Presidential Leadership Council in his first speech after taking the constitutional oath before the House of Representatives, whether with regard to the economic track and public services or the military, security and political aspects, and the importance of Aden receiving full support in the field of development and stability.
The Chairman of the Leadership Council stressed the need to implement the council's program urgently, especially in aspects related to the economic and developmental life of the public. The Chairman of the Leadership Council thanked the ambassadors of friendly countries and the UN and Swedish envoys to our country for attending the historic meeting hosted by the city of Aden on Tuesday.
