Deputy Minister of Public Health and Population for Primary Healthcare, the Director of COVID-19 Project Ali al-Walidi discussed Tuesday with Director of Health at UNICEF Kabeer Hassan a number of topics associated with health field and promoting partnership between the ministry and the organization.

Al-Walidi touched upon current pandemic condition in the country and a number of successes accomplished by the ministry in health vaccination, pointing out to needs of health sector in general.

For his part, Hassan praised efforts of the ministry in field of primary healthcare and vaccination campaigns, which included anti- polio vaccination, which its success reached 95% and covering needs of COVID-19 vaccination.
