A workshop on emergency preparedness and response was organized by the General Department of Emergency at the Ministry of Health, in cooperation with the World Health Organization and the World Bank in the temporary capital Aden today.

Deputy Health Minister for the primary health care sector, Dr. Ali Al-Walidi, stressed the importance of the workshop in drawing the features of work in emergency situations and in normal situations, pointing out that Yemen is going through many emergency situations, and they have been dealt with competently, and we have gained experiences in how to overcome them.
