Eryani condemns Houthi abuses against private school

Minister of Information Muammar Al-Eryani, has condemned in the strongest terms the terrorist Houthi militia's abuses against a key private school in the hijacked capital Sana'a including the dismissal of the school's female principal.

The militia had sacked the principal of Manarat School and prevented teaching in English, under the pretext of exceeding an event organized by the school on the occasion of (International Day) of the rules and conditions. Muammar al-Eryani said in a statement to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), that these practices confirm what we have said more than once that the Houthi militia is a terrorist organization that is not different from al-Qaeda and ISIS, and that the international community has been lenient with it, ignoring its practices, confiscating rights and restricting freedoms, and its endeavors to taint the society with its backward, reactionary ideas, imported from Iran which means setting Yemen back a thousand years.

Al-Eryani called on the international community, the United Nations and human rights organizations to assume their responsibilities regarding the tragedy experienced by millions of civilians in the Houthi militia-controlled areas, and to support the legitimate government in the battle to restore the state and overthrow the coup, and guarantee rights and freedoms.
