Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Dr. Ahmed Bin Mubarak held talks today here with Belgian Deputy Premier, Foreign Minister Sophie Wilmes.
The discussions, which conducted on the sideline of 85th Session of Munich's Conference on Security and Peace, covered the latest developments in Yemen amid Houthi militia's military escalation in the region and the needed international pressures upon Houthi militias to force the International Security Council in relevant in order to push peace.
Bin Mubarak detailed Wilmes on the ongoing military developments in several Yemeni governorates, the Yemeni government's efforts to achieve the urgently needed economic recovery and realize the sustainable peace.
He blamed the Iranian involvement in the Yemeni conflict for prolonging the war and destabilizing the region's security and stability.
The Belgian Foreign Minister reiterated her country's support for the Yemeni government, Yemen's unity, security and territorial integrity.
