Report: Houthi militias blamed for 3419 offenses against civilians in Ibb governorate

The Yemeni Network for Rights and Freedoms (YNRF) reported 3419 crimes and violations against the civilians by Houthi militias in Ibb governorate during the time 1 January, 2020 to 31 December 2021.
The YNRF published a report learned by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) stated that the militiamen killed 213 civilians, hurt 189 among them 9 children, 8 women and 8 old people.
More than 121 people were corporally assaulted and severely beaten by the militiamen among them 26 children, 21 women and 18 aged persons.
The report cited 13 crimes of assassination, 9 offenses of execution against politicians and social figures, 9 cases of death under torture, 482 cases kidnapping among them children and women.
Other violations included 65 incidents of torture of the detainees, 492 cases of storming houses, 12 cases of bombing houses, looting 38 cars.
