The Minister of Public Health and Population, Dr. Qassem Beheibeh, confirmed the need to prepare to confront the fourth wave of the coronavirus and its variants.
During his meeting today with the Director of the World Health Organization office in Aden, Dr. Noha Mahmoud, the minister reviewed the epidemiological situation in the country and ways to coordinate with the World Health Organization to support the health sector.
The Minister stressed the redoubling of efforts to reduce the repercussions of the fourth wave and its variants, asking for the provision of the needs that meet the confrontation plans, and raising the level of societal awareness of how to prevent the disease by following the instructions and health messages.
