Vice Parliament Speaker Mohsen Basurah discussed Tuesday with Egyptian Ambassador to Yemen Ahmad Farouq latest political, security, economic and humanitarian developments in Yemen.
The meeting also discussed a number of common concerned issues and promoting historical and brotherly relations between the two countries and boosting them to serve joint interests of the two countries ad peoples.
Basurrah reviewed latest developments under Houthi militia's continuous war and crimes against Yemeni people, pointing out to continuous Houthi militia's shelling on civilians in Marib and other provinces, a matter complicates humanitarian situations and suffering of displaced people.
Basurrah called upon brothers in Egypt to provide more facilitations to Yemeni community in Egypt and giving visas to Yemeni students to study in Egyptian schools and universities.
For his part, the Egyptian diplomat confirmed continuous support of his country to the internationally recognized government and Yemeni people, as well as peace efforts till realizing stability in Yemen and the region.
He showed great understanding of what has been reviewed by the Vice Parliament Speaker and members, confirming promoting brotherly relations between the countries.
