Yemen, Morocco discuss judiciary cooperation

Yemen's Ambassador to Morocco Ezuddin al-Asbahi discussed Tuesday with Moroccan Justice Minister Abdullatif Wahbi aspects of cooperation between the two countries in field of judiciary and training Yemeni judges.

For his part, the Moroccan minister confirmed readiness of his country to provide necessary support to training Yemeni judges, prosecutors, judge assistances and court secretaries within Continuous Structuring Program in Moroccan Judiciary, pointing out to providing necessary facilitations to Yemeni judiciary cadre.

The two parties agreed on exchanging visits between concerned officials of the two countries early forthcoming year and commencing drafting a memo of understanding to coordinate joint cooperation programs between the two countries.

Al-Asbahi made it clear that the program of qualifying Yemeni judiciary cadre within the restructuring program is hoped to start the forthcoming year, pointing out that the Moroccan experience in this field is unique.
