Deputy Minister of Public Health and Population for the Primary Health Care Sector discussed with WHO's infection control team a number of issues related to the health field.

Dr. Al-Walidi praised the interventions and contributions of the World Health Organization in strengthening the work of the health sector and pushing it for the better, considering the organization as one of the most important partners of his ministry and its various sectors.

During the meeting, they reviewed the technical fields and the contributions of the organization’s team in the areas of training and rehabilitation of health staff, and methods of infection control in public and private hospitals in the temporary capital Aden and the rest of the governorates in light of the spread of covid-19.
