Interior Minister Major General Ibrahim Haidan met today in Seiyun with the Indonesian non-resident ambassador to Yemen, Muhammad Johan.
During the meeting, a number of issues related to facilitating the movement of citizens between the two countries were discussed, especially Indonesian students who receive education in universities and centers in Yemen.
Maj. Gen. Haidan clarified that the ministry, in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, will work to arrange visa issuance for Indonesian nationals, especially students wishing to study in Yemen.
For his part, the Indonesian ambassador indicated that the relations between the two countries are witnessing further growth thanks to the old and intimate historical relations between the two peoples.
