Ambassador of the Republic of Yemen to Moscow Ahmed al-Wuhyashi held talks today with the Russian President envoy to the Middle East and North Africa, Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov.
They discussed the latest developments about the UN-led peace efforts and Russia's contribution to press for peace in Yemen.
The conversations touched upon the visit of the UN Special Envoy to Yemen Hans Grundberg to Moscow recently.
Al-Wuhayshi briefed Bogdanov on Houthi militia's ongoing military operations in different flashpoints that further worsening the already catastrophic humanitarian crisis.
Bogdanov confirmed his country's support for the legitimate Yemeni government and the UN-led efforts to establish peace in Yemen.
