Health Ministry launches training courses in hospital management

The Ministry of Health and Population launched today training courses in hospital management for health leaders in a number of governorates, with support from the World Health Organization and the World Bank.

The assistant deputy minister for the population sector, Dr. Ishraq al-Sibai, told the Saba that the courses aim to strengthen the health system within the framework of the emergency health and nutrition project, with the participation of more than a thousand health staff in the liberated governorates.

Courses cover leadership, governance, quality, information management, logistics and emergency and disaster management.
