Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Dr. Ahmed Bin Mubarak said" Iranian proposal's features in the region have become very clear and Iran-backed Houthi militias have come to pose a threat to Arabian Peninsula' security, destabilize regional and international security".

Speaking at Manama Dialogue 2021, he restated that the collapse of the Iranian plan in Yemen ensures its failure in the entire region, otherwise its success will bring it into a new phase of conflict, violence and chaos all over the region.

The Foreign Minister said" Marib governorate is of paramount historical, national and strategic importance for the Yemeni single state, it is the only governorate capable to eliminate the Houthis scheme".

He warned that if Houthi militia takes control over Marin, that will put an end of the political process and peace in Yemen, there will be no alternative but more violence, internal conflicts, new waves of IDPs and insecurity and instability for long times.

He underscored the importance of getting Riyadh Agreement implemented in full as a key factor to achieve peace, security and unite all forces against the Iranian scheme and Houthi militia's coup.
