The Republic of Yemen stressed that it is important to joint efforts to enforce the Framework Agreement on Climate Change and Paris Agreement, considering the common responsibility of the nations to manage the climate changes impacts.
Speaking at the UN Climate Summit in Glasgow today, Minister of Water and Environment Eng. Tawfeq Asharjabi said" Yemen is one of the countries which are constantly subjected to climate changes risks.."
He stated that Yemen is facing severe financial shortage, can't carry out its programs and plans to adapt for climate changes.
