Minister of Water and Environment Eng. Tawfeq Asharjabi held talks today with International Director of Nationally Determined Contributions (NDC) Pablo Vera over mechanisms to help Yemen mitigate climate changes impact in accordance with Paris Agreement.
The conversations held on the sideline of COP26 summit in Glasgow.
Asharjabi explained technical and financial challenges that did not help Yemen to develop and carry out its programs to make its NDC, highlighting the Republic of Yemen need for developing its technical and technological programs in this regard.
