Minister of Public Health and Population Dr. Qasem Buhybeh has called for establishing a hospital in Yemen that offers traditional Chinese medicine services alongside modern medical services.

UNFPA: Ksrelief has supported over 65,000 women in Yemen since beginning of 2021

The United Nations Population Fund has said that "since the beginning of 2021, the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has provided generous protection services, for more than 65,000 of the most vulnerable women and girls in Yemen."
The UNFPA said in a statement that this support comes within the framework of the partnership between KSrelief and the UNFPA.
He noted that the assistance provided by Ksrelief contributed to helping the UNFPA to improve services provided to reduce gender-based violence in areas where the protection needs of women and girls increased, while supporting eight safe spaces and shelters in nine governorates.
It pointed out that since the beginning of the project, more than 30,000 people have been provided with information about protection services through awareness sessions, and about 800 women facing violence have been trained in livelihood skills, while more than 200 women have received cash assistance.
