FM receives credentials of new ambassadors to Yemen

Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Ahmad Awadh bin Mubarak received Sunday copies of credentials of New Zealand non-resident Ambassador to Yemen Parni Raly and received copies of credentials of Indonesian non-resident Ambassador to Yemen Mohammad Dogohan.

In separate meetings with the two diplomats, bin Mubarak discussed cooperation between Yemen and their two countries and coordinating efforts in international forums, confirming that the ministry will provide all necessary facilitations to make their tasks successful.

Bin Mubarak talked about latest developments in Yemen in the light of Houthi militia's rejection to all international and regional initiatives for stopping the war, pointing out to government's welcome to these initiatives for its keenness on realizing inclusive and sustainable peace on the bases of the three references.

He pointed out to continuous Houthi militia's violations and its aggression against citizens and displaced people, confirming keenness of the government on reaching lasting and inclusive peace on the bases of the GCC Initiative, the Outcomes of the National Dialogue Conference and UN Resolution 2216.

For their part, the newly appointed ambassadors confirmed their countries' firm support to Yemen's unity, security and stability, expressing aspirations for exerting more efforts for improving relations between their countries and Yemen.
