Vice President, the Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, Lt. Gen. Ali Mohsen Saleh, has made phone calls to both Defense Minister Lt. Gen. Muhammad Ali al-Maqdashi, the Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Saghir Hammoud bin Aziz and the Governor of Marib, Maj. Gen. Sultan bin Ali al-Erada, to follow up on field developments. and different situations.

The Vice President was briefed on the field developments and the heroism of the armed forces and the popular resistance forces as they counter the Iranian-backed Houthi militias along the frontlines of Marib and other fronts.

The Vice President saluted the great sacrifices offered by the heroes of the army and popular resistance warriors in order to restore the state and defend the revolution, the republic and national tenets, stressing that these struggles and sacrifice values will remain an inspiration to the coming generations.

The Vice President renewed his appreciation for the Saudi-led Arab Coalition as it continues to support the armed forces and the entire Yemeni people in the face of rebellious forces and Iran's subversive stooges in Yemen and the region.
