Deputy Governor of Hadhramout for Valley and Desert Districts, Hisham Al-Saidi, laid the foundation stone for Najwa Ahmed Al-Qatami Center for Orphans Care and Rehabilitation in Seiyun city, of Hadramout Governorate.
The project is financed and supervised by the Kuwait Red Crescent Society and will be implemented by the Response Foundation for Humanitarian and Relief Works.
The project site spans an area of 400 square meters and aims to contribute to the professional and technical rehabilitation and training of orphans, and to provide them with professions that achieve self-sufficiency.
