Houthi militants committed 2508 human rights violations against civilians in the second quarter of this year, the Yemeni Network for Rights and Freedoms has unveiled.
The Network said it documented the abuses in the provinces of Marib, Aljawf, Hodeidah, Ibb, Dhamar, Beidha, Dhale'a, Hajjah, Amran, Sana'a governorate, Sana'a city and Raymah provinces.
The Network documented the death of 291 civilians including 31 children and 36 women and the injury of 403 other civilians including 42 children and 56 women.
The Network's observers also documented the kidnapping and torture of 846 civilians including 314 in forced disappearance. Eleven people were tortured to death, the Network's report said.
