Minister of Public Health and Population Dr. Qasem Buhybeh has called for establishing a hospital in Yemen that offers traditional Chinese medicine services alongside modern medical services.

MASAM removes 1186 Houthi landmines in first week of June

The Saudi mine action program of MASAM removed 1186 Houthi-laid landmines from different parts of Yemen in the first week of June. In a statement, MASAM said the landmines included eight anti-personnel mines, 284 anti-tank mines and 892 unexploded ordnances.
Since it began operating in Yemen on 25 June, 2018, the Saudi program alone has removed 252,735 landmines. Thousands of civilians have been killed or injured and tens of thousands of landmines remain a threat under the surface of the earth in different parts of the country.
