Yemen’s Minister of Information said the Houthi militants have hastened the burial of dozens of African victims of Sana’a fire incident to bury the evidences about the militia’s involvement in the crime.
Muammar al-Eryani said the militia buried the refugees in a mass grave without identifying the bodies apart to pre-empt any international investigation into the hot issue.
The militia had gathered hundreds of refugees to a Sana’a detention facility and sought to force them to join its anti-government warfronts. As the refugees refused, Houthi militants hurled grenades into the facility and caused the fire that killed 44 refugees and injured 180 others.
