Minister of Information, Culture and Tourism Maumer al-Eryani stated that Houthi militia's doctrine isn't different of al-Qaeda'a and IS it is based on violence, fighting, Houthis even go far beyond claiming to have divine privileges authorizing them to enjoy exclusively the right of ruling.

He stated that in spite of this racist and discriminative doctrine and practice, the International Community (IC) and the UN have proved too lenient with the Houthi militiamen.

" Self-claiming their heavenly right to rule, Houthis have imposed 20% income tax termed as (al-Khoms "Fifth" collected to be paid exclusively for the Hashemite segment of the population to whom the militiamen claim to be belonging", said al-Eryani.

His remarks came during his talks today here with the French Ambassador to the Republic of Yemen Jean-Marie SAFA.

The conversations dealt with a wide range of topics including the latest political and military developments amid Houthi militia's escalations on Marib governorate, UN peace efforts and the militia's violations.

The French Ambassador affirmed his country's support for Yemen's unity, security, legality and the UN-led efforts to make peace in Ymen. He also condemned the Houthi militia's military operations on Marib and firing ballistic missiles and drones on Saudi Arabia.
