The Republic of Yemen participated in the Second Conference on Arab Lands which kicked-off its three-day sessions today the Egyptian capital Cairo.
Yemen delegation headed by Minister of Planning and Cooperation Dr. Wa'id Batheeb and Minister of Public Works and Highways Eng. Man'ea bin Yomain.
Eng. Bin Yomain contributed to the opening session, citing the challenges facing the lands management in Yemen and the government's efforts to administer the state's economic and social resources.
