RIYADH - SABA
The Houthi constant attacks on population centers in Marib, Aljawf and elsewhere is exacerbating the humanitarian situation in the country, a Yemeni government official has said.
Deputy Foreign Minister for Political Affairs, Dr. Mansour Bajjash, told the Chargé d' Affairs of the Japanese Embassy to Yemen Kazuhiro Higashi in a meeting held on Tuesday that the Iran-affiliated militants are launching armed drones and ballistic missiles on Marib and several civilians were killed Sunday.
Bajjash said Marib is a shelter for hundreds of thousands of people who have escaped the radical militia’s savage rule in northwest the country over the last six years.
